At Aarav kurti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Items bought during sale events or with special discounts may be subject to different return conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Certain items, such as intimate apparel, customized products, or perishable goods, may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons. These will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Click on the "Return/Exchange" button next to the relevant item(s) and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
- If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service directly with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
